Cancellation Policy
All appointments are required to agree to the terms and conditions when booking to confirm the appointment. This applies to new and existing clients.
1. A deposit is required to confirm your appointment, which can range from $25 to $150 depending on the service you wish to have done. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment
2. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Your appointment will not be confirmed until your deposit has been made.
3. A card on file is required for any and all services.
4. Cancellation fee: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will automatically be charged 50% of the service(s) you had scheduled.
5. No refunds will be issued.
6. Children and animals are not allowed.
7. We do not perform touch-ups on work that has not been done by us.
If you have previous work, it will need to be removed and a new set applied, with the removal fee added to the service and the cost of the new set.
8. All appointments scheduled before 10am or after 7pm incur an extra $25 fee for after-hours service
9. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will automatically be charged
50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. If the card payment fails, you will need to pay the full amount for future appointments
10. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the service cost.
11. All appointment changes or rescheduling must be made through text or email confirmation. If you need assistance, please call us.
12. Changes or rescheduling can only be made once per appointment.
If changes are made twice, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment or request a second deposit.
13. Please arrive at your appointment without makeup or oils on your face
14. If you have lost more than 50% of your lashes, a new set will be required, and the service price will be adjusted from "touch-up" to
"full set" (the artist will inform you of this before starting the service).
15. All clients have a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than this, a $15 late fee will be added to your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and apply the no-show fee to your card.
16. All prices are subject to change. If you wish to add extra services, you will be notified of the prices before they are applied. By accepting the service, you also accept the additional cost.
17. All permanent makeup services require a mandatory pre-evaluation, which incurs an additional $50 fee. This allows the artist to assess your skin and offer the service that best suits your needs.
18. All appointments must be approved by the team. Your appointment will be confirmed when the artist sends the confirmation message. If you require a last-minute appointment, please call us for a quicker response.
